Warranty Information
Two-Year Workmanship Warranty
Ace Paving Limited warrants its workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion.
During this warranty period, Ace Paving Limited will repair defects resulting from faulty workmanship, including excessive cracking, raveling, or surface failure.
What Is Covered
- Excessive cracking caused by faulty workmanship
- Raveling caused by faulty workmanship
- Surface failure resulting from faulty workmanship
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Minor hairline cracks
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by weather conditions
- Ground movement or settling
- Poor drainage conditions
- Oil, fuel, or chemical spills
- Damage caused by heavy vehicles or equipment
- Damage caused by snowplows, sharp objects, or misuse
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for:
- Proper maintenance of the paved surface
- Notifying Ace Paving Limited of any issues during the warranty period
Ace Paving Limited must be given the opportunity to inspect and repair the driveway before any repairs are performed by others.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited to repair of covered defects only.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
No cash refunds will be provided under this warranty.
